All the forms about the poster session requirements and paperwork needed for you to submit poster proposals for the 2019 IAOM Convention in New Orleans, Louisiana Sept. 20-22 are here. (see download buttons below)
We hope you will be able to attend the convention if you are submitting posters, but note that it is not mandatory to have your posters displayed and even presented. The deadline for poster proposal submissions is May 1st, at which time it will be evaluated by a blind review team and authors will be notified about the acceptance of their posters and if they will also be invited to present their posters, before the end of June. Those invited to present their posters may do so via videotaped recordings should they be unable to attend in person.
