Notes on travel to Brazil:

For US citizens, a valid Passport and Visa are required for entry into Brazil. Visas are only given by a Brazilian Consulate in your specific geographical area. For more information, and to find a Consulate near your, please visit the Brazilian Embassy web site. To find a Visa expediter near you, try Google (the IAOM does not endorse any particular expediter).

The International Association of Orofacial Myology has approved this event for continuing education unit credits for IAOM members.

The International Association of Orofacial Myology (IAOM) is designated as an Academy of General Dentistry Approved PACE Program Provider FAGD/MAGD Credit (06/08-05/12). Approval does not imply acceptance by a state or provincial board of dentistry or AGD endorsement.
